Congratulations on making a varsity team at Lambton College! We are so excited that you will be representing the Lambton Lions during the upcoming season. Prior to putting on that jersey, you will be required to complete the following steps to ensure you are registered and eligible to compete. All forms and consent documents must be completed in their entirety prior to the team's first competition (exhibition or league).

Required Forms
- Lambton College Student-Athlete Registration Form
To avoid any eligibility issues, this form must be completed in its entirerty at least 5 days prior to the team's first competition (exhibition or league). - Player Medical Form
A copy will be put on file in the athletics office as well as a copy given to your coach in case of emergency. Please keep the Athletics Department updated on any changes to your medical information during the season.
