NOTICE: Personal information supplied to the Lambton College Athletics & Recreation Department is collected under the authority of the Ministry of Colleges and Universities R.Sc. 1980 C272. The personal information will be used to record student participation in varsity and extramural sports, determine eligibility and academic performance, maintain OCAA and CCAA records, notify emergency contact, plan athletic programs, determine retention rates and establish alumni contacts. The information will be disclosed to the Athletics & Recreation Department staff, sport coaches, the OCAA and CCAA, Administration and the Alumni Association. Questions about the collection should be directed to the Manager of Athletics & Recreation.
