Propsective Student-Athlete Form
If you are interested in trying-out for a Lambton Lions Varsity team, please complete the below Prospective Student-Athlete Form to the best of your ability. You will receive a copy of your submitted form and a copy will be sent to the respective varsity coach. The varsity coach will then reach out to you directly to discuss next steps.
